you could change the way the classes go. Having a horizontal schedules choice as well as vertical. In other words, see classes side-by-side.

This would be a great feature to have!

Yes, this would be amazing! That is one of the few features that has kept me in a spreadsheet planbook for so long. It could also work by being part of the Outline View where there is an option to view multiple classes running vertically.

Rebecca Goldscheid: Thank you for your input - seriously, we get a reminder on a feature everytime someone comments on it.
Haver a great week!

It is easier to see my whole day horizontally instead of vertically and have to scroll down all of the time.

I teach multiple preps on the same day at the secondary level. When I view the lessons by Day (instead of week or month), it would be really helpful to see the lessons on the right/middle/left part of the screen, instead of needing to scroll down to see each class. This helps with scheduling issues like assemblies, but would also help keep me honest -- I'm forgetting to edit or fully complete lesson plans at the bottom of the page!

Keeping the page setup in portrait would make it easier to put in binder and view entire day side by side.

Me again! That's not quite what I had in mind... perhaps instead of "prep" i guess I should have just said "classes". Specifically, I teach Chemistry, AP Chemistry, and Astronomy -- when editing/viewing lessons in the daily mode, I'd like to see Astronomy on the left, Chemistry in the middle, and AP Chem on the right (or whatever order, really, is fine). So my different lesson plans would be arranged side-by-side instead of in a vertical list, and my screen would at once show the three classes I teach across the screen, aligned by the Lesson Title.
(But that really would be so amazing if I had three prep periods for planning....)

Katie A: This would be great also for my days as an Elementary Art teacher. I only use CC as a sort of itinerary; One class labeled Prep, and each of its "cards" is a different class/grade/block in the order of my day. It would be amazing to use this for actual lesson planning if I could have classes side by side instead of a long train down; I'm never going to scroll the million years it would take to see all 6 classes lesson plans for the day.

I completely agree - I would love this option!
