I'd love to be able to add recurring events so that I could put in things like "Team Meeting" into my schedule without having to create it as a class. (like a "special event" but recurring.)

Yes, agreed. At my site, I have to attend weekly yard duty every other week. I'd like to add that to my calendar too.

We do have recurring 'Non-Class items'! Here's a tutorial that shows how to do that:

Ryan Furrh: but this only works if the even recurs weekly. For things that happen less frequently it would be a great option
